Mojito Collection

Britannian

White rum 2 cl.
Tanqueray 1 cl.
St. Germain 1 cl.
Sugar 1 ts
Lime 1/2
Mint 10 leaves
Soda ca. 1 dl.

Put sugar, mint and lime in a glass. Add crushed ice, white rum, Tanqueray gin and St. Germain. Stir and topp off with soda. Garnish with mint.

Nordens Guld - Gold of the north

Sweet dark rum 4 cl.
Cloudberry syrup 2 ts
Raw sugar 1 ts
Lime 1/2
Mint 10 leaves
Soda ca. 1 dl.

Put sugar, mint, lime and cloudberry syrup in a glass. Add crushed ice and dark rum. Stir and top off with soda. Garnish with mint.

 

Hot

Dark rum 4 cl.
Hot orange apple juice 25 cl.
Raw sugar 1 ts
Lime 1/2
Mint 10 leaves 10 blad

Heat the apple juice. Add dark rum, raw sugar, lime and mint. Stir.

 

Italian

White rum 2 cl.
Galliano 1 cl.
Limoncello 1 cl.
Sugar 1 ts
Lime 1/2
Mint 10 leaves
Soda ca. 1 dl.

Blend sugar, mint and lime in a glass. Add crushed ice, white rum and galliano. Stir and top off with soda. Garnish with mint.

 

Kust

Dark rum 4 cl.
Buckthorn berries 2 ts
Sugar 1 ts
Lime 1/2
Mint 10 leaves
Soda ca. 1 dl

Mix lime, sugar, mint and buckthorn in a glass. Add crushed ice and dark rum. Stir and top with soda. Garnish with mint.

 

Bananas Mojito

White rum 4 cl.
Banana 1/2
Pineapple 4 cubes
Sugar 1 ts
Lime 1/2
Mint 10 leaves
Soda ca. 1 dl.

Blend lime, sugar, mint, banana and pineapple in a glas. Add crushed ice and white rum. Stir and topp off with soda. Garnish with mint.

 

Swedish berries

White rum 4 cl
Raspberries 5 pieces
Strawberries 3 pieces
Sugar 1 ts
Lime 1/2
Mint 10 leaves
Soda ca. 1 dl

Blend lime, sugar, raspberries, strawberries and mint in a glas. Add crushed ice and white rum. Stir and topp off with soda. Garnish with mint.

 

Mexican

White rum 2 cl.
Tequila 2 cl.
Chili sugar syrup 3 cl.
Lime 1/2
Mint 10 leaves
Soda ca. 1 dl.

Blend lime, chili sugar syrup and mint in a glass. Add crushed ice, white rum and tequila. Stir and topp off with soda. Garnish with mint.

Drambuie 2 cl.
Sugar 1 ts
Lime 1/2
Mint 10 leaves
Soda ca. 1 dl.

Put lime, sugar and mint in a glass. Add crushed ice, white rum and drambuie. Stir and top off with soda. Garnish with mint.
