When you organize a conference or an event at Strömstad Spa & Resort your guests enjoy a fantastic buffet lunch with a rich variety of starters, cold and hot dishes and desserts. Fish and shellfish play a significant part here. All conference packages include a 3-course dinner. If you choose our package called Happy Monday we upgrade you to a 4-course dinner.
On request we are happy to organize themed dinners, shellfish evenings or lunch baskets to be enjoyed outdoors. Why not make self-caught shrimps your dinner experience?
And remember – most shellfish are at their best during winter.
