The possibilities are many with our Resort Menu. Whether you want time for reflection, want to move your body, or eat something delicious, or perhaps all three, this offer is for you. We have put together a basic package with exciting experiences, and you can easily build on this with other activities that suit your requests and schedule. Together we will find something that fits, all with the coast just outside the door.

The basic package includes

• Entrance to FLOW Spa with pools and saunas
• Short energy massage for back and neck
• Light hand massage
• Opportunity to explore the local area by bike, kayak, or SUP
• Group training session of 30 minutes such as yoga, core, WOD, or circuit training
• Nötholmsrundan, a quiz walk on beautiful Nötholmen
