Check-in and Check-out

You have access to your room from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out is at 11:00 (10:00 for conference guests).

Would you like to visit FLOW Spa before check-in or after check-out? As a guest, you have access to luggage storage and changing rooms in connection with your spa visit.

Parking and Charging

We offer parking in our parking garage. You register your car and pay via autopay.io.

We offer 9 chargers at 22 kW and 2 at 11 kW. Charging is paid through the EasyPark app.

When is breakfast, lunch, and dinner served? And when can you visit the Bubbles & Beats bar or enjoy pizza by the waterfront?

Spa Shop

Visit our Spa Shop on the second floor. Here you’ll find selected products from brands like Lexington, Elemis, Thalion, and Grevinnans Rum. Take a piece of the spa feeling home with you, or find the perfect gift for family and friends.

Staying Multiple Nights?

We care about sustainability. When you stay several nights with us, we are happy to clean your room on request. Please inform reception the day before if you would like cleaning. Together, we help save water and make a difference for the environment.

Training and Activities

Stay active during your stay. Our gym is open 24/7 for hotel guests, so you can work out whenever it suits you best. You are also welcome to join our group classes.

We are a cash-free hotel. This is for your safety as a guest and for the safety of our staff. We accept the most common debit and credit cards.

FLOW Spa spans two floors and offers a variety of sauna and pool experiences. Here you’ll find treatments and skincare that bring both calm and renewed energy.

Entrance to FLOW Spa is 295 SEK per person for hotel guests (regular price 395 SEK).
