Our classes

  • Aquamove
    A strength-based water class where you work on both balance and coordination.
  • Core
    A class that strengthens the core muscles and builds stability in both the abdomen and back.
  • Tabata
    An intensive interval workout focused on strength and cardio, based on short work periods and brief rest intervals.
  • Yoga
    A calming practice that strengthens the body from within through breath, mobility, and balance.
  • Foam Roller
    A gentle and effective recovery class using the foam roller to release tension and improve mobility.
  • Circuit training
    A strength-focused workout where you move through different stations arranged in a circuit for full-body training and variation.
  • Workout of the Day (WOD)
    Workout of the Day is a CrossFit-inspired session combining strength and conditioning. You’ll be challenged with natural, functional movements in varied intervals.
