Welcome to an energizing afternoon and evening filled with movement and well-being. This spring's wonderful trial workouts will be held outdoors close to nature and the sea. The event is free of charge and you can sign up for the various workout sessions and activities below.

We hope you will join us for the premiere of the seaside ritual with scrub, beneficial cream from Thalion, and our saltwater soap from Grevinnans Rum. Perhaps you will dare to take the first dip in the sea this spring?
