Bring the family for an autumn break and experience the coast as nature changes color. With us, you can combine warm baths with fresh sea air and spend the days together, both indoors and outdoors. In FLOW Spa, pools, hot tubs, and saunas await, while the nature reserve Nötholmen invites you for walks among trees and rocks right next to the hotel.

For the little ones, there are designated bathing times in the spa facility during the day. During your stay, you can also try our popular Fish Spa or book relaxing treatments for children and teenagers. After a day filled with activities and relaxation, gather the family in the restaurant for a delicious dinner featuring seasonal ingredients from the coast.

During weeks 40 and 44, there is an opportunity to participate in activities for the whole family, such as fairytale yoga, aquamove, familyaufguss, duo treatments (child/adult), and nail painting.

Our craft room is open for all creative children and parents - and why not challenge mom or dad to a ping pong match?
