Bowling is a fun and social activity that combines coordination, precision, and movement. The game is easy to learn, and with a little practice everyone quickly gets better. Challenge family and friends to a friendly competition where you can have fun together and stay active at the same time.

A game of bowling consists of ten frames. In each frame, you have two chances to knock down all the pins. If you manage to hit them all on your first try, it’s called a strike. If you use both throws to knock them all down, it’s called a spare. You earn points for each individual throw, as well as for how many pins you manage to knock down over several throws in a row.
